OPPORTUNITY Ø  The good environment effort concentration in studying Ø  The only State Islamic Institute In Gorontalo	ACTION 1 Ø  The institute help the society to create religious human. Ø  The one who have authority can give chance to the student to involving their skills.	ACTION  2 Ø   The one who have authority can give chance to the student to involving their skills. Ø  The administrator has to improve their service. Ø  The rector has to choose the good lecture.
THREAT Ø  Flood = disease Ø  Less facilities Ø  Too many learning activity Ø  Lack of building in the second campus Ø  Lack of lecture Ø  The low internet service	ACTION 3 Ø  The institute has to remake the regulation of the subjects’ time. Ø  The institute has to give furious facilities that support in learning activity.	NEGATIVE PREDICTION Ø If you ignore all of solution in action 1,2, and 3, you become stupid person, the poor next generation and the bad human quality.
